    Technical Support Assistant
    Salary: 25k per annum, Company Bonus Scheme

    Position Type:
    Full time, permanent

    You will be working within the customer services team to provide 1st line technical support to our customers and conduct software testing on a range of platforms.

    This will include hardware integration testing on a variety of products.

    On occasion, you will also be required to work with the operations team to help support delivery of the solutions for our customers.

    You will be good with IT and Technology, have a methodical approach, attention to detail and be organised. Your role is integral to the creation of software systems and integration of technical products we provide. 1st Line Technical support for our Asset & Vehicle Tracking, Business Comms & IoT Solutions
    ~ Action support tickets & tasks on our HubSpot CRM
    ~ Execute all levels of software testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
    ~ Hardware integration testing
    ~ Action development tickets within Azure DevOps
    ~ Assist with customer training

    In order to excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate strong customer focused skills, perform manual software testing and be able to resolve technical customer support requirements.

    We ask that you are a proactive and tenacious self-starter who has the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.

    Ideally you will have experience within customer service, handle conversations with confidence and an understanding of software testing.

    Computer skills are essential as you will be working across a variety of bespoke products, CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suites.

    The successful applicant will be required to work from our Ringwood office. 25 days' holiday This position will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
