    This exciting new role will be responsible for completing matter-opening and related compliance processes, ensuring the information received is accurate and sufficient, and that requested actions are consistent with firm policies.

    The Assistant will also support with administrative tasks relating to the onboarding and training of new Compliance and Intake team members, including preparing training agendas, coordinating and scheduling training sessions with members of the OGC, ensuring proper access to necessary firm systems, internal webpages, email mailboxes, and distribution lists.

    This role will be located in either our London or Manchester office.

    Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

    Providing administrative support to the Compliance and Intake team, including meeting and video conference arrangements, Chrome River expense reports, and other duties
    Updating lateral attorney prior work affiliation information in the firms conflicts database
    Assisting with collection and cataloguing of compliance documentation received as part of the new business intake process, including engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines, and waivers
    Demonstrate ability to work independently in a wide variety of duties and seeks guidance or assistance from more senior staff as appropriate

    A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
    Relevant experience in a professional or legal environment
