Consolidate and establish best practice Key Account ManagementServe as the key link of communication between the client and internal teamsHave an unrivalled knowledge of the clients needs, requirements and current strategyUndertake constructive internal and external post claim debriefsKeep key stakeholders updated and engaged throughoutEnsure we deliver to plan for our clientsChair and manage the Client Account Management planBe the escalation point both internally and externally with regards to the fulfilment of the client engagementHost events and hospitality to engage with clientsRepresent the business as a speaker to target audiencesSupport new business colleagues with prospective client pitches on occasionWork with Marketing to create testimonials or case studies where appropriate.
