    The Role:


    The International Social Security Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Lead a team of International Social Security professionalsLead global compliance and consulting engagements.

    Identifying opportunities to solve clients' problems and improve client service delivery.
    Previous experience leading teams, coaching/mentoring and performance management experience is an essential requirement.
    • Produce consistently high quality work within demanding time frames but will not be afraid to challenge the status quo in the spirit of continuous improvement and raising the bar on personal and team performance.
