    Training and Development Coordinator £30,000 - £35,000 + Package Coulsdon, Surrey Summary

    The role involves leading training initiatives to enhance workforce skills, including developing training matrices, designing programs, and coordinating sessions.

    Flexi working, up to £35k salary and all training provided.
    Responsibilities also include collaborating with supervisors to identify training needs, delivering programs on various topics, and monitoring effectiveness.

    Ideal candidates will have HR qualifications or related experience or construction training experience, but must have strong communication skills, and proficiency in program creation.

    My client is seeking an entry level Training and Development Coordinator to lead training initiatives across their projects, ensuring the continuous improvement of their workforce's skills.

    Responsibilities include developing and maintaining training matrices, designing targeted training programs, coordinating sessions with internal and external providers, and assessing program effectiveness.

    In this role you will collaborate with site supervisors and department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted plans to address skill gaps.

    You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs covering topics such as tool and equipment usage, soft strip methodologies, and health and safety protocols.

    Additionally, you will coordinate training sessions and workshops, monitor program effectiveness, provide ongoing support to employees, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

    I am recruiting for a rapidly expanding demolition and groundworks contractor known for its excellence in providing demolition and enabling works, ground works, RC frames, refurbishment, and basement construction services.
