- Support and maintain key business applications
- Effectively manage downstream resolver groups and suppliers, through expert Service Management skills and technology awareness
- Proactively identify and resolve problems, working closely with developers and suppliers to maintain the application
- Ensure applications have adequate capacity for projected variance in the business size and usage
- Provide support for Sharepoint configuration and service enhancement, through collaborative working with IT partners and other IT teams
- Engage effectively with our Delivery colleagues to receive Projects and Changes
- Experience in an similar application support role is preferred.
- Microsoft application delivery platforms desktop and server, mandatory.
- Experience of supporting multiple tier enterprise application(s).
- Experience of working alongside 3rd party suppliers for both on premise and cloud provisioned application(s).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Experience of Microsoft 365 products, Azure and apps, desirable.
- Experience of Service Management tools configuration, desirable.
- Experience of application testing, desirable.
- MS SQL server knowledge and skills, desirable.
- ITIL Foundation qualification (minimal).
- Knowledge and experience of automation, monitoring, alerting and application performance reporting.
- Hybrid working –split your time between our office in Leeds City Centre and remote working, with a home working allowance.

In recognition of the importance of IT Applications supporting the aspirations of the business we are recruiting an Application Support Analyst to join our IT Department.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of Walker Morris's applications to ensure the service meets the business's compliance obligations. As the Application Support Analyst you will look to minimise the impact of application changes and be the expert in identifying problems and resolving queries.
As a key member of the Application Support team you will have the opportunity to identify areas of development and proactively improve the quality of service offered. You will have the vision to explain how we can exploit technology to improve business performance.
You will work alongside experienced professionals and grow your skill set in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. This is a varied role with scope to be involved in exciting projects as the business expands, suiting an individual looking to develop and challenge themselves.
