    You'll be fluent in any CEE language. Manage existing, and help discover new tech and channel partnerships (e.g. HR (Tech) consultants and advisory, IT consultants and PE firms etc), with the goal of increasing revenue opportunities in the region through lead generation, brand awareness and advocacy
    Collaborate with partner marketing on marketing assets and activities which are relevant to the partners in the region
    Help define partner enablement requirements and certification path; Create presentations that help communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organisational buy-in and drive forward execution
    Fluency in any Eastern European language is essential.
    Knowledge of partner referral programs
    Experience in HR tech related fields - huge plus
