    Description

    Skanska, one of the world's largest development and construction companies, dates back 135 years and had a 2021 revenue of around £12.We help to manage and reduce hospital energy use, cutting carbon emissions and reducing waste disposal costs.

    Our Global Healthcare Centre of Excellence shares best practice from over 400 projects across the world, to deliver new approaches to our healthcare projects.

    Our Building Services team are looking for an Deputy Performance Manager to join the team on-site at Mansfield King's Mill Hospital.

    The purpose of the role will be to report to ensure all statutory and mandatory compliance maintenance is completed on time and records/certificates are kept up to date in line with the contractual requirements.

    Ensure the management of risk based monitoring will be a key aspect of the role with responsibility to manage both internal and external stakeholders to maintain statutory compliance at all times.

    Produce all monthly reports to include but not limited to the Monthly Performance Monitoring Report and Project Review Document.

    Develop and implement effective monitoring and audit system to analyse and measure performance.
    Carry out Jeopardy management of the Payment Mechanism to reduce penalties and service failure points against the contract.

    Develop and be responsible for maintaining systems that ensure and demonstrate compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and best practice standards.

    Co-ordinate with Project Co in relation to Risk Based Monitoring and evidencing compliance as appropriate.
    Produce reports appertaining to operational/compliance.

    Work with relevant managers ensure that any risks of non-compliance are identified and mitigated and reported in accordance with procedures and regulations.

    Must be extremely well organised, process driven, self-motivated, flexible with ability to work under own initiative, under pressure to tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.

    Possess excellent IT skills and be proficient in Excel to include formulas for data analysis.
    Have a full UK driving licence and access to own car.
