    Location: Stunning offices SW1 ; this is a full-time, office-based role from 9-5.

    Role Overview: This role offers extensive career progression opportunities. As part of the Client Services team, you will assist the Service Manager in delivering premium in-company courses. You will provide robust administrative support to clients throughout their engagement, ensuring operational excellence and a world-class experience for course leaders and delegates.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage the main inbox and respond to queries.
    • Collaborate with external trainers to plan and organise course delivery effectively.
    • Guarantee a premium level of service to client customers through consistent engagement and onboarding calls.
    • Oversee the smooth delivery of courses, including enrolments, transfers, cancellations, and provision of joining instructions.
    • Handle invoicing for courses and expenses, manage client/customer payments.
    • Administer course evaluations for all in-company courses, monitor quality, and produce regular reports.
    • Resolve customer support queries via phone and shared mailboxes.
    • Seek opportunities to enhance the service level at each client interaction.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on the CRM system, ensuring data cleanliness.
    • Ensure that all course materials are accurate and delivered to the correct locations in a timely manner.
    • Liaise with the finance department as required.
    • Support with resourcing requests and prepare rooms for in-company clients.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
    • Strong background in operational roles and project management, ideally within the training or related industry.
    • Exceptional ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Confidence in interacting with clients at senior levels.
    • Solid working knowledge of CRM systems.
