    Description
    Experience or proven track record working in a business development role in Foreign Exchange or Financial Services Industry
    Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
    Excels at building relationships, networking and influencing others
    Generate leads, qualify prospects and covert these into business relationships for corporate clients using FX products (cash, vanilla and structured) to risk manage FX exposure
    Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential clients and industry sector trends in specific countries and regions
    Prospecting through outbound calling, email campaigns, face to face meetings and networking.
    Work closely with internal teams supporting the Hedging Solutions business in EMEA (Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding)
    Ensuring compliance with the Marex's regulatory requirements under the FCA

    Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

    To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
    To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required
