My client has established a fantastic reputation over the last few years and delivers high-quality CAT A and CAT B fit out projects with professional teams, landlords, and end users.
With a management team with a variety of expertises in different disciplens, they are well placed to deliver commercial fit-outs to technically detailed projects over £25m.
With a strong finacnial backing and 60% of turnover from exisitng client base, this company is in a fantastic spot.
About the role:
My client is looking for an Technical Service Manager who can run the MEP delivery on £10m - £20m projects with good experince on Projects of this size.
