    We have theperfect role for you in our Inside Sales team Working in a fastpaced, target driven environment, our Inside Sales Team are thefront line of our sales operation and are responsible forgenerating leads and opportunities to acquire newclients.

    About theRole

    You will work as a leadgenerator to generate opportunities through cold calling, linkedin,campaigns from marketing and professional networks.

    We work with a diverse range of industries andyour main focus will be establishing a need within our targetclient base, highlighting USPs and making appointments to be passedover to close.

    B2B salesexperience isessential.

    Dutiesand Responsibilities

    • Generate meetings to pass to a BDM to close
    • Provided leads that include all relevant and up to dateinformation for each prospect
    • Training andsupport provided, access to the academy training portal, casestudies, testimonials, marketing material and sector specificguidelines in order to increase your knowledge and generatebusiness
    • Occasional hot inbound leads toqualify – paid at the same rate as outbound leads
    • Training provided to ensure you follow the Visiativ salesprocess and call quality structure
    • EnsureKPI's are met
    • Use of our CRM system to ensureall administration for each lead is up to date and shared with yourclose.

    • Sales and negotiation skills
    • Abilityto identify client needs
    • IT literate – Macusers preferable
    • Good verbal and writtenpresentation skills
    • Commerciallyastute

    • Use of Salesforcepreferable

    • Basesalary £25,000 + competitive commission structure (uncapped) at 10%of revenue won
