- Full accountability for achieving sales & margin targets across the branch network
- Delivery of 'Group' sales initiatives, campaigns & promotions
- Working with all relevant departments & external partners to create, manage & deliver sales campaigns & promotions
- Supporting the Key Accounts team in the successful delivery of new & existing contract business
- Assisting with tendering for key account business
- Setting & managing sales targets for branch & field based sales team members
- Working with all relevant stakeholders to achieve marketing within a budget
- Management of purchases for merchandise & staff uniform
- Administration & management of company CRM system
- Administration of group customer loyalty scheme
- Ensuring successful engagement in the group Garage Network program
- Managing customer incentives – i.e. rebate schemes etc.
- Delivering regular performance updates to team on general sales, promotions performance
- Arranging, hosting & presenting sales meetings
- Attending supplier meetings when required
- Data analysis prior to & during business acquisitions
- Ensuring successful implementation of company strategies in newly acquired businesses
- Other reasonable duties as required by the business
