    Description

    Backed by a large international energy trading & assets management business, and a leading private equity firm focused on infrastructure investments, the client's mission is to support the real-estate industry in providing net-zero commercial & residential property developments through their fully funded SmartGrids which include Battery, Solar, & EV charging assets.

    The Business comprises of a high pedigree of renewable energy professionals, however in-keeping with their ambitions seek an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Manager to drive organisation & order in their projects.

    Lead the charge in bringing cutting-edge SmartGrid concepts to life, collaborating across teams to deliver commercially viable projects.
    # Drive the creation and execution of winning commercial agreements, including proposals, heads of terms, and legal contracts.
    # Anticipate and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
    # Identify and address resource constraints to maintain project momentum.
    # Leverage project management tools like Google Drive, , and Procore to maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring timely administration.
    # Deliver concise weekly status reports and compelling monthly presentations highlighting project progress.

    Minimum 2 years of proven project coordination experience. Expert multitasker with the ability to manage and deliver multiple similar projects concurrently. A background in commercial operations, including experience in negotiation, legal transactions, energy systems, or project management. Ability to adapt project management strategies based on project needs, demonstrating knowledge of common methodologies and frameworks.
