    Clinic Manager

    Are you ready to lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment within the aesthetics industry? Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Clinic Manager to join our team in London.

    This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in aesthetics, skincare, and a proven track record of leading successful and profitable organizations.

    Manage day-to-day operations of the aesthetics clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
    Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
    Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the clinic.
    Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    Monitor financial performance and budgets, making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
    Previous experience in a managerial role within the aesthetics or skincare industry.
    Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
    Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
    Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices within the aesthetics industry.
    Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required.
