    Practice Manager

    Ewell, KT17 1RL

    We are looking for a Practice Manager to join our team in Ewell. This is a full time role requiring a Practice Manager for 5 days per week (40 hours per week; flexible Monday to Saturday 9am - 5:30pm)

    When you join Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists, you are joining an independent business. Although we are national, we are not a huge chain which means we understand the importance of local relationships and the power of choice. We aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of our clients which is at the core of what we do. We have the latest diagnostic equipment, the latest technological advances in contact lenses, spectacle lenses and frames, and the latest fashions.

    At Bayfields, we are passionate about the services we provide to our clients which is where our Practice Manager leads from the front. For us, it is all about ensuring that the client journey is being delivered consistently so that our eye care and hearing care clients receive obsessively great service each and every time.

    You will be an experienced Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager or a Dispensing Optician from an Optical background who is now ready to step up to the Practice Manager role. You will have excellent communication and listening skills and are able to build strong relationships with your clients, peers and team members. You will provide a professional yet enjoyable atmosphere to work in and be able to diagnose and solve problems, plan, prioritise workloads, share responsibilities accordingly and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
