    You'll collaborate closely with product managers, user researchers, designers, and developers to innovate and enhance products and services.

    Drawing from your extensive experience in dynamic digital product teams, you'll ensure our deliverables are efficiently produced, of high quality, and adaptable to rapid changes in requirements.

    Serve as an agile coach and mentor, advocating for agile delivery and fostering openness to change.
    Lead team ceremonies following agile best practices, facilitating regular retrospectives for continuous improvement.
    Oversee external technology and delivery partnerships to maximise value from collaborations.
    Be engaged with all aspects of agile & lean thinking, from backlog management to estimation to continuous delivery

    Proven experience delivering digital products using agile methodologies.
    Ability to blend traditional project management and agile techniques effectively.
    Deep understanding of agile principles and practices within complex organisations.
    Commitment to prioritising user needs and driving decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data.
