Leafield Environmental Ltd, based in Wiltshire, is an established manufacturing company specialising in the innovative design, manufacture and supply of rotationally moulded Street Furniture, Bollards, Recycling Solutions, Agricultural products and Cases.
We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious, experienced sales professional, based in the South of England, to help deliver substantial growth. The Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development in a business to business selling environment and experience of dealing with Local Authorities, commercial and retail customers.
Job Description:
Selling Street Furniture, Recycling Solutions, Bollards, Agricultural products & Cases to Local Authorities, Commercial and Retail customers.
Developing new sales growth opportunities as well as maintaining existing business.
Maintaining the CRM database in a timely manner.
Producing sales pipeline forecasts and reports on a weekly basis.
Completing written tenders for new projects.
Maintaining customer interface from initial order to credit control function.
Some foreign travel may be required.
Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful business development experience, preferably in a similar environment.
Preferably educated to degree level or similar.
Must have excellent commercial awareness and be able to think strategically.
A confident communicator able to present comfortably at all levels.
Well organised and self-motivated, able to plan own appointments and travel etc.
Able to operate both as an individual and as part of a team.
Good I.T. skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
Literate & articulate, able to construct and present attractive proposals, both verbally and in writing.
Able to construct relatively complex financial proposals.
