Job DescriptionThis is a crucial role ensuring the seamless introduction of new products, overseeing every stage from concept approval to post-launch evaluation.
Your responsibilities include leading and nurturing the process team, ensuring timely setup, addressing production challenges, and driving improvements for cost efficiency.
You'll also coordinate trials and validations to optimise material and packaging concepts, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders like IGC, Iceland, Slimming World, and others.
Your role extends to providing comprehensive support for factory launches, guaranteeing operational readiness and quality standards adherence.Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that internal systems are primed and accurate ahead of any trials, ensuring smooth execution at every step.
Skills & ExperienceEssential:
