    You will be joining a dynamic team ofindividuals,working inafast-pacedenvironment, you willbe responsiblefor providing the highest standard of servicefor eachof ourcustomers.

    This position is best suited to somebody who can multi-task.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities


    • On the job training- Skip service teams


    • Responsible fortaking inboundcallsfromboth commercialand domesticcustomers.


    • You will have a clear, concise, and professional telephone manner.


    • Ability toengage and build strong rapport with customers.


    • Ability to providewritten and verbal quotations for potentialorders.


    • Processing online ordersincludingthose received byemail.


    • Accuracy is paramount and a detailed approach isessential.


    • Occasionally be the initial point of contact for complaints/ dissatisfaction.


    • Confidence to make outbound calls to customers with adjustments or rescheduledwork.


    • Work closely with Traffic Planners & Operations Team to ensue servicedelivery.


    • Ability to work as a team, prioritising by way of work flow


    • All aspects of office administration

    Candidate requirements


    • A confident and professional telephone manner


    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


    • Enthusiastic and hardworking


    • The ability to work on one's owninitiative.
