Description

As a Customer Services Representative you will be required to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs while developing strong relationships with those customers.

You will be the principle point of contact liaising on a regular basis ensuring our customer needs are delivered beyond their expectations through operational excellence and putting customer service first.

The main purpose of the Customer Services Representatives role is to be the key interface between the customers and the internal organisation on all daily operational matters in order to maximise customer satisfaction.
