    Junior Bid Coordinator - at least 4 weeks
    My client is a multinational consultancy specialising in consultancy and project management services to the construction industry. They are a Sunday Times top 100 employer.

    This is a key role in delivering internal and external customer service excellence for the London office, and ensuring the company ethos and culture is maintained.

    The role is an integral part of the London office in ensuring the office runs smoothly by providing a first-class service.

    Registration and maintenance of accounts for online bid portals

    • Monitoring incoming bid information and communications, distributing to team members and internal stakeholders
    • D Library including liaison with subject matter experts to ensure content remains relevant and up-to-date, from CVs to case studies
    • Teamwork, project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential
    • Attention to detail essential with excellent writing skills
