    We reach out to these leads to generate interest, scheduling an initial engagement before passing them on to our client's sales team totake over the sales process and close the deal.

    What are the responsibilities of a sales development representative?
    Our Sales Development Team is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities.

    This is an essential part of the sales process and involves identifying potential clients and initiating contact via various channels including phone calls, email campaigns and social media platforms.

    As well as outbound sales, there is a key element of account management and relationship building with clients.
    Place between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments to initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients.

    Fluency in English.
    Previous sales experience is preferred
    Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
    Hybrid working.

    Competitive basic salary in the range of £22,000 – £28,000 per annum and an uncapped commission.
