    Location: London – Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days working from home

    Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 base + bonus

    We are looking for a seasoned leader in user research, to lead my clients small but passionate team of UX Researchers.

    As a key player within the organisation, you'll collaborate with various departments to advance and refine the research ethics, principles, and methodologies. Your expertise in diverse research techniques will not only guide the team but also empower others through mentorship.

    About You:

    • You've held senior or lead roles in user research, demonstrating hands-on experience and a deep understanding of UX principles.
    • You have experience managing a small team.
    • You excel in conducting usability studies and implementing iterative testing methods to drive continuous improvement.
    • You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, where teamwork and shared goals are paramount.
    • Your ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with team members, peers, managers, and stakeholders sets you apart.
