Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager based in the Bradley Stoke office, your key responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Effectively manage and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Property Valuation and Instruction: Conduct property valuations and effectively instruct properties for sale.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Financial Reporting: Compile and present figure reports to assess office performance and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Reviews: Conduct regular one-to-one sessions with staff to provide feedback, support professional development, and set performance goals.
Commission Targeting: Drive office performance to meet commission targets, ensuring the team's success contributes to individual earnings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales management role within the real estate industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to value and instruct properties.
Proficient in financial reporting and analysis.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
CePap and ARLA/MARLA training or willingness to undergo training.
