    Flexible Receptionist - Leeds, United Kingdom - Leeds Music Education Partnership

    To take bookings made over the telephone and in person at reception.
    To process payments for bookings in accordance with the City Council's Financial procedures.
    To assist the Centre Management team in the delivery of the administrative and financial procedures of the Centre.
    To carry out the above duties in compliance with the Council's policies e.g. Able to deal effectively with customer enquiries both face to face and on the telephone
    Able to use a computer competently
    To provide a quality service to our customers
    Able to understand and observe Leeds City Council equality and diversity policies.
    Carry out all duties having regard to an employee's responsibility under Health and Safety Policies.
    Willingness to actively participate in training and development activities.
    Flexible and adaptable to change to assist other services as required commensurate to grade.
    Participate in appraisal, training, and development activities.
    Be aware of and comply with Leeds City Council policies and procedures.

    Be aware of and support difference and ensure equality for all working in an anti-discriminatory manner, upholding, equality & diversity policies of Leeds City Council.
