    Description

    Cast Consultancy is one of the UK's leading residential-led consultancies focussing on driving positive change in the development and construction industry.

    We provide project management, cost management, strategic advisory and construction integration services.

    This full-time, hybrid position entails overseeing projects and leading teams to provide cost management services for residential developments across the UK.

    In this role, you will work closely with clients and project teams, offering expert guidance and support throughout the project, from the acquisition phase to practical completion.


    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • 8 years experience of working in the UK construction industry
    • An adaptable individual who can lead teams and manage multiple projects
    • Skilled in developing Client and other project relationships.
