- Deliver engaging learning programs in order to support learners towards their Apprenticeship Qualification in APM and Senior Leadership L7
- Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learners' individual needs.
- Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
- Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.
- Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
- Hold a recognised Project Management Qualification such as APM or Prince 2 or equivalent or within Leadership and Management
- Vocational experience within Project Management/ Leadership
- Assessor's Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
- Teaching Qualification is desirable, but not required (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience in delivering training and coaching sessions to apprenticeship learners in Leadership and Management- Knowledge of Project Manager standards would be highly desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence, with access to own vehicle and the flexibility to travel.
