    The Role

    This is aspecialised role focused on ensuring consistent exemplary customerservice is experienced by our 3PL clients. Working as part of ateam, the Account Executive will through urgency, focus andreliability help to deliver the commitments we have made for highquality logistics services to our clients, so that they may in turnmeet the needs of their customers and patients.

    MAIN DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

    • AssistPre Wholesale Commercial Manager UK in driving a Customer Serviceethos that provide a best-in-class client and customerexperience.
    • Contribute to the smooth running ofthe services, ensuring strong time management and organisationalskills are employed.
    • Resolve client andcustomer queries in a timely manner.
    • Ensurecustomer orders are inputted and managed appropriately andaccurately within SLA.
    • Monitor back-orders andtrack shipments where required, keeping customers informed on leadtimes.
    • Work to create and maintain anappropriate pricing structure for all Durbinservices.
    • Liaise with various other departmentswithin Durbin to prevent issues or to resolve issues and achieveresults.
    • Assist the Pre Wholesale CommercialManager UK to review, monitor and provide improvements to processesand systems.
    • Ensure all relevant regulatorypaperwork is supplied to Quality whenrequired
    • Comply with all Durbin GDP processesand procedures.
    • Work alongside the PreWholesale Commercial Manager UK to ensure documentation andreporting of Adverse Drug Reactions and Quality Defects to theDurbin Quality Lead and to the client are managed within GDPguidelines.
    • Be aligned with Durbin companystrategy and focus including an in-depth knowledge of all relevantWork Instructions and SOPs.
    • Any other dutiesthat may arise relating to the support of the pre-wholesale orwider teams to drive growth andprofitability.

    Qualification, Experience & SkillsRequired

    • Commitment toexcellent customer service.
    • Solution drivenproblem solver, ability to thinkcreatively.
    • Ability to focus on the task inhand, however routine some may seem.
    • Ability tobuild strong relationships.
    • Excellent numeracyand IT skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPointetc).
    • Attention to detail and have a genuinefeel for what is right.
    • Experience in acustomer facing/service/logisticsrole.
    • Positive can-do attitude, and afind-out-how-to-do attitude.
    • Ability to work onown initiative.
    • Communicates in a professionalmanner and effectively manages customerliaison.
    • Works well within a team, flexible andwilling to share the workload both ways.
    • Enjoysthe work, relishes a sense of achievement, and wantsmore.
