Wholesale Sales Manager
Location:
Park Royal area, with occasional travel required
A leading company specializing in high-end luxury food products, targeting wholesale distribution channels.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive wholesale revenue and expand the company's presence in the wholesale market.
Identify and prioritize potential wholesale partners, establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with wholesale accounts, ensuring profitability and mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials tailored to wholesale partners.
Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably within the luxury food industry.
Strong track record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with wholesale partners.
Deep understanding of the wholesale sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account management.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with wholesale partners and attend industry events.
Salary:
Competitive salary of approximately £45k, commensurate with experience.
