    We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a proven track record in navigating complex manufacturing environments, ideally within the hardware and/or chemical processing industry.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background and an in-depth understanding of process industries, including chemical processes and hardware assembly.

    The COO will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, managing systems development, spearheading digital transformation initiatives, and fostering business growth and scalability.

    Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.


    Process Industry Knowledge:
    Demonstrate proficiency in chemical industry dynamics, including understanding the nuances of chemical processes and hardware assembly.

    Strategic Planning and Development:
    Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to optimize inventory management and production scheduling.
    Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to keep pace with industry advancements and market dynamics.
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical or hardware industries.
    Strong understanding of process industries, including chemical processes and hardware assembly.
    Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
    Track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and managing systems development projects.
