    Assistant Team Administrator - Birmingham, United Kingdom - Office Angels

    Are you an experienced Team Assistant looking for the next step in your career, into a varied support position? Our client: a global real estate firm based in the heart of Birmingham are seeking a motivated, dedicated and passionate team player to join their team.

    Birmingham City Centre

    Hours:
    Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week
    ~ Permanent contract, offering stability and long-term growth opportunities
    ~ Hybrid working model, allowing for a healthy work-life balance
    ~ Comprehensive benefits package, including pension and private medical insurance
    ~25 days of holiday, in addition to bank holidays

    In this role you will support a high performing team of senior stakeholders and the wider team within the business.

    Supporting team projects and initiatives
    Managing email and diary, booking travel, and processing expenses
    Supporting on ad hoc project work
    Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
    Hybrid working between home and office
