    Manager Business Development and Sales for Government Inspections & International Trade

    Principal Duties & Responsibilities

    You will be part of a dynamic Team and play a considerable role in finding and developing important clients with particular focus on Middle East and North Africa area. Your sales focus will be market access services, government services and international approvals, like pre-import inspections, testing and certification of goods for countries

  • Based on defined growth strategy identify new market trends, services, competitor actions, focus areas and customer groups and translating these into opportunities in your market
  • Implement strategy and drive sales in your defined target area in order to maximise business growth and profitability
  • Approaching potential and new clients and maintaining good relationships with existing client
  • Maintaining, updating and expanding the client base
  • Attending international trade fairs in the context of business
  • Handling the comprehensive support of customers/clients (with regard to contract- related negotiations) nationally and internationally
  • Support technical reviews and technical assessments
  • Who are we looking for:

    You will be part of and work closely with an International team of inspectors and the International Sales team of the Business Field.

    In this function you report to the Regional Business Field Manager Europe.

    You need:

  • A technical or commercial education at Bachelor level, for example HTO or HEAO CE
  • Experience in TIC Industry in government services, international approvals, market access services or similar experience with a solid technical background
  • Proven track record in sales in an international business environment
  • Affinity for business development and developing sales plans.
  • A commercial feeling and drive to achieve results.
  • Hands on mentality and target orientation
  • Competiveness by heart and the wish to be the number one at your customer
