    Sales Development / Sales Manager

    London based hybrid role

    Paying upwards of £28k + comms (5% for Sales Exec / 10% for Sales Manager)

    Our client is on the hunt for a motivated account manager with a passion for sales and a proven track record of success. If you have a keen interest in the event production industry, and knowledge of the event production and industry trends, then we invite you to join and contribute to the success of our clients exciting and niche events

    You would be joining a technical event production and audiovisual hire company celebrating continuous success and growth within the UK and global events market. Since 2007, they have been designing, managing, installing, and operating the full spectrum of scalable audiovisual productions and hire services for live, hubrid and virtual event categories.

    There is huge potential for growth within the company and many opportunities for professional development and coaching.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Identify and prospect potential clients in need of event production services in either conference, venue or live event sectors
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in event planning industry
    • Work closely with Sales Director to enhance and develop sales strategy
    • Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional material and campaigns
    • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and secure signed confirmations
    • Work closely with event production team to ensure a seamless execution of the clients vision

    The ideal candidate will be/have:

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the event production or related industry
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong networking and negotiation skills
    • Knowledge of event production and industry trends

    A successful candidate will meet these KPIs:

    Annual:

    • Annual Target: £350,000.00
    • Margin (minimum): 42%
    • Profit: £148,750.00

    Monthly/weekly:

    • Weekly Client engagements: TBC
    • Weekly new client meeting bookings: 2
    • Weekly Quotes produced
    • Lead conversion rate
    • Pipeline velocity
    • Upsell ability
