    ARC International Design Consultants is experiencing continuous success in managing diverse projects within our expanding portfolio. In light of this growth, we are seeking a Bid Manager/Coordinator (depending on experience level) to join us in London.

    Please note no sponsorship is available for this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review tender documentation and lead/contribute to the development of tender proposals.
    • Research to understand project scope, objectives, and constraints.
    • Create a detailed list of clarifications, exclusions & and compliance on a per-project basis.
    • Coordinate with the project managers to incorporate their input into the proposal.
    • Organise and compile all required documents for tender submission.
    • Support in the cost and price calculation – checking alignment with the tender's requests.
    • Ensure that tender submissions meet deadlines and comply with tendering guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate records of tender activities, communication, and documentation.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Good understanding of architectural principles and project management concepts with previous experience in architectural/built environment tendering
    • Knowledge of the architectural industry's standards and practices.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Good writing skills, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to multi-task - communicating with multiple stakeholders and working on different tasks with competing deadlines.
    • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in English
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and InDesign.
    • Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering field (nice to have, not a necessity)
