    Description

    Location: Willow Burn Hospice, Lanchester (with travel to our shops in Chester-le-Street, Consett, Stanley)

    Salary: £14.04p/h Hours: 22.5 hours per week to include some Saturdays Team Leader: Head of Fundraising and Marketing

    Derwentside Hospice Care Foundation – or Willow Burn Hospice as we are known locally - is currently seeking a Retail Operations Manager to join our dedicated retail team. We are an independent charity delivering palliative and end of life care services to adults and their families across Derwentside and County Durham.

    To promote the ideals of Willow Burn Hospice (WBH) and be a positive ambassador.

    Overall responsibility for the effective operation of all of Willow Burn Hospice's (WBH) shops: this includes responding to operational needs of the shops, effective leadership of the Shop Managers, optimising sales, maintaining effective stock management and merchandising, and ensuring that quality, health and safety and housekeeping are monitored and developed using audits.
