    We are currently looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client and their extremely successful team in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria
    Working Hours
    As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work full time with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
    The Successful Senior Sales Negotiator Will Be Offered
    ~ Upto £27,500 basic
    ~ Bonuses
    ~ Company events
    ~ Health care
    ~22 days holiday + bank holidays
    ~ Being enrolled on a fully-funded training course that will let you gain the NAEA

    To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role you must have:
    Experience in property sales?
    No license is required
    Excellent communication both written and verbal?
    The ability to meet deadlines.?
    Good organisation and time management?
    Personable
    Great customer service
    As a Senior Sales Negotiator, Your Role Will Involve
    Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries.
    Book viewings using the company's system.
    Generate offers.
    Generate new business by booking valuation appointments.
    Manage and maintain daily all administrative systems and procedures
    Liaise with clients and solicitors as appropriate to deliver excellent customer service.
