    Description

    We are partnering with an innovative and empowering fitness app with a very strong community who are looking for a digital first and data driven Growth Marketing Lead to join the team.

    Reporting to the CEO, the ideal person will bring previous customer acquisition expertise from the tech or fitness space and be excited by the start up environment.

    Lead and own digital acquisition and retention strategies; Help to deliver a seamless customer journey with continual evaluation of platforms and activities
    Manage and implement campaigns across all digital channels (App, Email,Paid Social, etc) and ensure there is an integrated approach for both prospective, existing and previous customers
    Manage and cultivate relationships with key external software stakeholders
    Report and analyse data across all digital activations, platforms and paid marketing activities to optimise opportunities and performance
    Comprehensively use data, insights and expertise to optimise and improve output, build test & learn strategies and identify marginal gains to continually improve acquisition and retention strategies and ROI
    Keep ahead of updates in the online wellness and fitness space
    Proven experience as a Head of Growth, Growth Marketing Manager, Acquisition Manager or similar role in a high-growth environment
    Deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
    Ability to work in an agile manner in a fast growing start up environment
    A genuine passion for the wellness, fitness and health space
    Ability to work to a hybrid model from London
