- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify organisational and individual learning needs, using various methods such as surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Curriculum Development: Curate and develop engaging learning curricula, courses, and training materials tailored to meet identified learning objectives and organisational goals.
- Delivery and Facilitation: Deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and learning activities using a variety of modalities, including instructor-led training, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, virtual classrooms, and blended learning approaches.
- Leadership Development: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement leadership development programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of current and future leaders within the organisation.
- Career Development & Succession Planning: Adopts a holistic view of Talent Management, incorporating Career Development and Succession Planning, to deliver a comprehensive plan and associated learning interventions
- CIPD qualified or significant equivalent experience in Learning and Development
- Coaching qualified and practiced in coaching
- Proven experience in learning and development, talent management or associated fields, with a focus on instructional design and training delivery
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities within established timelines and budgets
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels of the organisation
