- Dive deep into clients' product strategies and geographic aspirations, collaborating seamlessly with Thredd's Solutions Design Consultant to amplify the client experience
- Act as the go-to resource for addressing clients' commercial needs, employing strategic thinking to capitalize on individual opportunities and overall contractual positions, resulting in increased revenue streams for Thredd
- Revolutionize existing processes to drive peak performance, from refining Account Development Plans (ADPs) to enhancing pipeline management, deal qualification, and comprehensive reporting mechanisms
- Foster seamless collaboration with the Customer Care team, empowering them to deliver swift resolutions while maintaining a vigilant eye over operational queries and concerns
- Forge a close-knit partnership with the Product team, gaining invaluable insights into development requirements essential for supporting clients' ambitious expansion endeavors
- Support Credit Controller to maintain a current accounts receivable status
