    You might be a Senior Account Manager looking for a step up to Account Director, or just looking to explore a change? We are working with a new type of brand, design & strategy agency, who are shaped differently to the normal big, group agency model.

    Working with clients in the luxury space, including travel, hospitality, lifestyle, consumer experience, they are Innovative, Agile, more adaptive because of their structure, with on-tap, super sharp brand strategy & creative thinking at their fingers tips, shaking off the old agency model to build something fresher and more pliable.

    Their clients love itWhere does this Account Director come in - they are not just about business thinking; they are about building relationships, PARTNERSHIPS, pushing boundaries, and creating resilient brands that challenge the norm.

    In fact, you would not be called an Account Director here, you're a Junior Client Partner.

    Catch their drift?.....You'll have the opportunity to work with luxury global brands in lifestyle, hospitality, travel and retail, plus budding start-ups.

    The crème de la crème, so an eye for awesome and tasteful creative is key. From strategy, brand identity, brand positioning, brand architecture and activation, its all about the consumer experience. No bureaucracy here, no politics - it's a close knit team with a wide circle of external expertise.

    You must be able to understand and work closely with strategists and creatives, whilst being supported by a more senior team.

    You'll learn from some of the best in the industry Smaller but perfectly formed and ready to grow with them.

    At their core, sits their strategic Client Partners, their mission is to explore challenges, aspirational problem solving, and guide the way from the initial strategy through to implementation - this is the team that you will be a part of -your role is to build deep, trusted relationships with clients and teams, lead projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction while driving new business opportunities and being the glue behind each project team.

    Project management and client partnerships are 2 different things here but sit harmoniously together. You're probably decisive, curious, and cool under pressure - comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Agility is key here but people are the focus - you are emotionally intelligent, pragmatic and commercial in your approach, with a keen eye for detail (but enough sense not to get entwined in it).

    You have a good eye for beautiful design and are a creative at heart, bursting with ideasBased in a gorgeous co-working space in Southwark, London, the team are hybrid working (ideally 3 days in the office or go in every day, some of them do).
