    Description

    Our client, a renowned provider of security and risk management services across Africa, is looking for a skilled Compliance Manager to join their team. Through meticulous attention to detail, you will guarantee adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring seamless operations across the continent. The ideal candidate for this position is a problem-solver, adept at multitasking, and adept at offering effective solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure adherence to international, national, and local laws
    • Administer the Integrated Management System (IMS)
    • Implement corrective actions based on internal procedures
    • Conduct and oversee both internal and external audits
    • Manage supply chain due diligence
    • Create and execute compliance training initiatives
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee comprehension and implementation of compliance measures
    • Supervise data protection policies and procedures
    • Establish and uphold internal compliance policies
    • Enhance compliance programs continuously
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Degree in business administration, law, finance, or related field (advanced certification is a plus)
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in compliance management within the security or risk management sector in Africa
    • Thorough understanding of pertinent laws and industry norms
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities
    • High ethical standards and cultural awareness
    • Proficient in English (additional languages are advantageous)
    • Willingness to travel when necessary
