- Process reviews within the department, applying an innovative mindset to identify ways of working improvement.

We are looking for an organised individual to join Talbots as Operations Manager for our Dispute Resolutions Department.
To be successful, you will have previous experience of the legal environment with excellent knowledge of internal procedure and operations.
The Operations Manager team will be expected to take on the non-legal day-to-day management of the department under the leadership of the Head of Department as well as managing all the administrative functions for the department.
