    Production Supervisor In Training – London, Ontario

    High Performance

    Reporting to the Senior Production Supervisor, t he Production Supervisor In Training plays an integral role within our manufacturing facilities.

    You will be the coach on the playing field, providing leadership and guidance to our team members.

    As Production Supervisor In Training, you will:

    Learn to supervise in various different production areas across the facility; Resolve employee issues through counselling sessions, investigations or grievance meetings as needed.

    Administration duties such as payroll, scheduling and shift reports.
    An exciting opportunity to experience different operational areas, across multiple cross functional departments and different shifts
    A chance to hone and develop your supervisory skill set with coaching and mentoring from existing Production Supervisors and Senior Supervisors

    A few years of comparable work experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
