Are you a Senior Project Manager looking to work on building projects that can change the world, projects that are always more complex and innovative than the last?

If so, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Basingstoke to work on projects across a variety of sectors.

AECOM Basingstoke PM and CM teams play a critical role in the conceptualisation and creation of amazing spaces, delivering projects and buildings that define the region skylines and communities.

We are part of the UK AECOM Buildings & Places with a headquarters in Aldgate, London.
We are friendly, busy and motivated with an established track record of successfully delivering projects.
We support our staff in their career growth with a clear path through the organisation that can go in multiple directions
We support each team member through formal training (AECOM University/external providers) and individual mentoring
We have a strong local social set up for our team, in and out of office time, funded by the leaders
We support via flexible working meeting our client's objectives

Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following: or Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; or, other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.

Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
Manages other Project Managers.
Pre and post contract design /project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle
JCT &/or NEC Contract Administration (Accreditation a positive)
Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic)
Robust Stakeholder Management process
Professional Qualification - ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master's Degree
