- Day to day line management responsibility for staff working within the service including
- management of sickness, performance, recruitment and appraisals.
- To engage in and support the development of policies, procedures and working practices within the team.

- To ensure that all Trust policies and guidelines are adhered to and provide guidance to clinical staff regarding implementation.
