    Company DescriptionnOur client is seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team.

    This company is a leading supply chain solutions provider with a comprehensive portfolio covering imports, exports, and logistics services by road, sea, and air.

    They pride themselves on their innovative approach, ensuring efficiency and reliability in global trade. Their mission is to simplify complex logistics, making global commerce accessible for businesses of all sizes.

    So what does the role look like?


    Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the shipping and logistics industry.nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction.nCreate and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.nStay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to develop effective sales strategies.nCollaborate with the internal teams to achieve sales targets and align with the company's growth strategies.nPrepare reports on account status, sales progress, and forecasts for management review.

    So do you have what it takes?


    Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the shipping and logistics industry.nExceptional knowledge of import, export, and supply chain logistics.nStrong networking skills with a proven ability to engage and build relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.nProficiency in MS Office and CRM software.nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.nA BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
