    What is the Main Aim of This Position?

    Set of strategic direction for the sales function through the development of sales and category solutions, short and long terms channel strategies and shopper centric customer solutions in order to deliver sustainable business growth and customer engagement.

    What We Expect From You?

    • Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that delivers profitable sales and category growth for Modern Trade;
    • Takes an enterprise approach and contributes to the development and execution of the unit's overall strategy and results;
    • Fully responsible for both the strategic and operational day-to-day leadership of the Modern Trade channel;
    • Delivers results by influencing and inspiring a strong internal and external network, builds effective customer relationships and adopts an enterprise approach;
    • Contribute to the development and delivery of the unit's short and long-term sales strategies;
    • Drive the customer agenda, building strong and sustainable relationships with key customers focused on delivering shopper, channel and category centric solutions which accelerate customer engagement;
    • Responsible for recruiting, retaining and developing a high performing capable engaged sales team and a strong talent pipeline which effectively supports strategy development and deployment and delivers business results;
    • Build listing plans by customer and build weekly forecast for MT at SKU Level;
    • Ensure excellence in execution into all major International retailers;
    • Delivering the budget, achieving sales goals and covering Modern Trade channel, build commercial policy for UK, key account team management;
    • Monitoring the trade terms investment;
    • Build internal customer business plan and drive joint business plan with strategic partners;
    • Motivate, engage and inspire the wider sales team to deliver against the sales priorities and towards a common vision and achievement of both the sales and the units' strategy;
    • Works closely with and influences all functions to ensure the needs of shoppers, trade partners and customers, are brought into functional strategic plans and business and channel targets are achieved;
    • Plays a critical role in the unit's leadership team with joint accountability for shaping and implementing the units strategy and leading the wider business to success;
    • Follow other work-related directions and tasks given by the supervisor;
    • Make business travels as per job requirements.

    Why You?

    • If you graduated related departments with Bachelor's degree,
    • If you have at least 15 years of experience in total but also at least 5 years in FMCG,
    • If you can use MS Office and SAP,
    • If you have an excellent command of written and spoken English, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
