    About Us

    High-quality data access and provisioning shouldn't be daunting and time-consuming. Synthesized automates this process — we solve the problem of replacing sensitive production data from non-production environments with right-sized, production-like data. Since 2018 we have pioneered the generation of production-like data for machine learning and application development across all structured data formats within one platform.

    Our products are used by some of the world's leading organisations, such as Deutsche Bank, UBS, the European Commission, and others. We continue to be a part of various roundtables on AI regulations and ethics in the UK and Europe. Most recently, Synthesized contributed to the AI Roundtable with the Secretary of State for Science, Innovation, and Technology who hosted senior AI leaders at Downing Street.

    We're an ambitious VC-backed startup, with leading global investors including IQ Capital, Seedcamp, and Deutsche Bank. We have ambitious growth plans for 2024, and would love you to join us on the journey.

    The Role

    Reporting to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role, owning product positioning and messaging and enabling sales organisation while leveraging a deep understanding of the market, competitive ecosystem, customers, partners and our product capabilities. You will be key in defining our GTM strategy, driving excitement and platform adoption among a vibrant community of Test Engineers, Data Science, Data Architects, Machine Learning Engineers, Innovation experts around the world. In this highly cross-functional role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, engineering and operations.

    You'll work alongside machine learning and statistics researchers from the University of Cambridge and world-class software engineers. You'll be responsible for tactical and strategic decisions for our products helping to make our company vision a reality rather than just building features. We expect you to have subject matter expertise in the area of enterprise data management, and we're looking for someone who is excited to shape our Product function, not just run standard processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and evolve the product strategy and direction for the our core data product.
    • Work in a cross-functional and collaborative role spanning several teams such as Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Support.
    • Manage programmes and structure projects to ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap.
    • Engage in frequent conversations with customers both on-site and in customer offices to understand their needs, gather feedback, and overall ensure that product direction is in tune with customer needs.
    • Act as a data and analytics thought-leader, both with customers and partners, and more broadly with the public.

    About You

    • You must have subject matter expertise in the areas of enterprise data management and full stack enterprise data analytics processes.
    • You must have several years of Product Management experience in an AI/ML led tech company or research lab.
    • You ideally have experience working in B2B, within a startup environment, with a strong understanding of the best-in-class Series A metrics.
    • You should have a proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritising needs, and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • You should have experience working within top-tier technology companies.
