    Title: Marketing and Product Data Associate Director

    Business Title: Associate Director

    Business Unit: Marketing

    Location: London

    We are looking for a Marketing and Product Data Senior Associate to play a key role in the production of marketing materials and the measurement of global marketing activity.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Partner with internal teams in order to produce fund factsheets and marketing materials on a monthly and quarterly basis

    Thoroughly review factsheets for accuracy and manage process including coordination with client portfolio management teams, compliance and operations

    Produce reports and analyze data in order to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

    Ensure deliverables are managed to a high standard and within timelines

    Qualifications

    Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing or equivalent

    5+ years of work experience preferably at a financial institution. Experience in asset management is a plus

    Problem solver with a solutions-oriented approach

    Strong analytical skill set

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Fluent in Chinese is advantageous

    Ability to develop credibility and build relationships with all internal stakeholders and partners

    Demonstrate exceptional project/ time management, coordination and organizational skills

    Strong attention to detail

    Able to flag issues at risk

    Proficient in use of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
